Workers’ Compensation Customer Service Representative – Springfield, OR.
Our CSR’s provide accurate, prompt and courteous service to customers, Account Managers, and Sales Executives, by growing and developing their talents in insurance knowledge in order to provide a high level of support in servicing Workers’ Compensation accounts.
3 + years related industry experience and/or training desired
Insurance License preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret industry policies and contract documents
Capability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as percentages, adding, subtracting, multiplying and division
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
