As we continue to grow, we are seeking new members to join Team Kandu in the following areas:

P & C Personal Lines Account Manager - Springfield, OR.

Property & Casualty Personal Lines Account Manager - Springfield, OR.

Provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to customers, producers and company personnel. Grow and develop talents and insurance knowledge to highest level possible. Provide a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing Personal Line accounts. Responsibilities include retention of existing accounts and development of new business.

Experience/ Skills:

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred 
5+ years of related industry experience and/ or training
Maintain a current Oregon General Lines License
Thorough knowledge of all lines of insurance in area of specialty
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts to required tasks
Excellent ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Worker's Compensation / Advantage Health Claims Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Springfield, OR.

Workers' Compensation / Advantage Health Claims Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Springfield, OR.

Provide accurate technical assistance for Advantage Health, and work closely with workers' compensation team members to assist customers. Interacts with customers and carriers in response to inquires regarding general claims and information and questions. 

Experience/ Skills:

1+ years of related industry experience in medical, legal, insurance or claims related field
Ability to obtain an Oregon Claims Examiner Certification within 1 year of hire
Proficient in Word, EXCEL, Adobe, PowerPoint and web based platforms to access carrier information
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts to required tasks
Excellent ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Strong written and verbal language skills
